Returns
Acceptance of returned Products is at the absolute discretion of Nitro-Oz and in any event:
All returned Products must be freight pre-paid and advised to Nitro-Oz prior to return.
Products being returned for credit must be on Nitro-Oz normal stocking list. Special “Buy-in’ or manufactured products will NOT be accepted for credit.
Where Products returned are in their original condition, a 15% (Up to a Maximum of $50) handling and restocking charge will be incurred with a minimum of $15.00.
Invoice number and/or delivery docket numbers must be quoted when returning Products
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 8 days or more have passed since your order was received, Nitro-Oz are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Claims for shortages/defects will not be recognised unless advised to Nitro-Oz within 7 days of delivery.
If the Customer does not give notice within time, the Customer waives and relinquishes all and any claims and causes of action it has or may have had against Nitro-Oz in respect of those Products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Although Nitro-Oz uses only the most reputable manufacturers and suppliers, there is a very small chance that faulty products might be sent without our prior knowledge. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery is not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in this same email. Sometimes additional questions may need to be answered.
If your refund is approved, the sum (minus delivery) will be processed, and credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
