Frequently Asked Questions
Cable Specific Questions
We get many requests to build to sample, firstly, we have to try and identify the cable with any markings/brandings that may exist on the cable conduit. If you are unsuccessful with this, take a photo of each end of the cable and email it to any of the contact details listed below followed by a brief description of what the cable does/operates. Be sure to also specify the cable length which is normally measured from tip to tip. Our sales department will be in contact with you if any further information is required.
Generally, most cables are measured tip to tip, but sometimes this is not the case. Again, take a photo of each end of the cable, specify the tip to tip length of the cable and email it to your sales contact. Our sales department will be in contact with you if any further information is required

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card and PayPal through our online store.
We are pleased that we are able to offer such competitive pricing for products purchased through our on-line store. However, one of the key factors in allowing this is that the pricing is based on an entirely automated order process. Accordingly, if you place an order, be sure you are ordering the correct item as there are NO RETURNS on internet orders unless the product itself is nonconforming.
